Monticello-style definitions for Amber ... needed for Amber support of common Smaltalk source import/export format
Amber implementation of the basic Monticello functionality. The code and classes here can be used as the basis for **proper** package/snapshot/patch loading in Smalltalk dialects that don't have Monticello ported or would rather not have Monticello laoded to use the common Smalltalk package.
