The OTAR application is designed to enable recording of Over The Air broadcasts of television signals using a stream capture device connected to an antenna and the users local network via a router. It is an experiment in cross-platform application development by an end user. Initial development has been done on a Mac with additional targets of Windows 7/10 and Raspberry Pi
