Multi-modal Music Mood Classification System This project is to develop a system that automatically classifies music pieces according to the moods they express. It is called multi-modal because the classification will be based on analysis of both audio signals and associated text (e.g., lyrics and social tags ). The system will provide a web-based user interface (using Seaside) and recommend songs with similar mood to users.
