a small changeset for Scratch v.1.2.1 with an improved editing feature: Right clicking on any command block will add options to the pop-up menu to turn the current block into a similar one of the same category, without having to tear the whole script apart. Especially useful in long scripts. Uses Scratch's existing NLS to display the menu strings in any language supported by Scratch.
